The trainings aim at improving the skills of farmers, wild collectors, and processors of Zaatar and showcasing specific untapped technical knowledge, contributing to the better functioning of this sector by presenting the Ministries priorities, regulation and recommendations and discussing the good agricultural, manufacturing and hygiene practices, in addition to quality standards of the products and productivity.
Targeted groups are farmers, collectors, processors from agricultural cooperatives, entrepreneurs and MSMEs.
In total, UNIDO implemented 9 trainings and reached 276 participants.
